Get ready for three days dedicated to the potato industry as the Idaho Potato Conference and Eastern Idaho Ag Expo return January 20–22, 2025, on the campus of Idaho State University! Event hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
